Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in IC design engineering. Experience in design and development of high speed (multi-gigabit per second (Gbps)) I/Os, high speed PLLs, high speed data recovery using CMOS technology highly desirable. Good interpersonal and communication skills is desirable.
Responsibilities
Review and make comments on design specification. Circuit design and simulation of analog and mixed-signal blocks. Supervise layout design. Optimize design for power, size and performance. Design in testability. Ensure manufacturability of design by running corner simulations and compliance to ESD and electromigration requirements. Work with test and application engineers to ensure testability of the design. Assist in test and characterization. Documentation of all the work done.
Senior Digital Design Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in IC design engineering. Experience in design and development of high speed digital IC design, using CMOS technology. Expertise in high level design and or test-bench development preferably in networking and communication. Good interpersonal and communication skills is desirable.
Responsibilities
Review and make comments on design specification. Circuit design and simulation of digital blocks. Generate test benches and verify designs. Supervise layout design. Optimize design for power, size and performance. Design in testability. Ensure manufacturability of design by running corner simulation. Work with test and application engineers to ensure testability of the design. Documentation of all the work done.
Senior Layout Designer
Requirements
A.S. or technical degree in layout design. Minimum of 5 years experience in custom layout design and verification of mixed-signal Integrated circuits in sub-micron CMOS technology. Experience with top level floor planning and block level layout design. Specific analog layout design skills such as device, capacitor and resistor matching and isolation techniques. Experience with Cadence layout editor, Virtuoso, and layout verification tools Diva/Caliber DRC and LVS is highly desirable. Good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Custom layout design and verification of high speed mixed-signal circuits. Top level layout floor plan layout design and verification. Block level layout design and DRC and LVS verification. Size and performance optimization. Layout design documentation. Communication and interface with design engineers.
Senior Device Modeling/ESD Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in device modeling. Experience in high speed device modeling and development of ESD structures in CMOS technology. Experience using test and measurement equipment. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and verify high speed device models. Develop and test ESD structures for high speed and lower speed I/Os. Work with design and layout engineers to integrate developed structures. Documentation of all the work done.
Senior Test Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in IC test engineering. Experience with high speed mixed-signal testers. Experience in development of production worthy test program and test hardware. Good understanding of high speed IC test methodology. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Design and development of test load board and test program for use in production testers. Interface with design and application engineers to incorporate the required tests. Interface with outside test houses. Test and characterization of parts. Correlation of production tests to lab characterization tests. Work with design engineers to integrate testability into the design. Generate production test reports and minimize test cost. Documentation of all the work done.
Senior Application Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in application engineering. Application engineering experience in high speed (multi-gigabit per second - Gbps) transceivers and high speed PLLs and I/Os desirable. Strong in product definition and customer interface. Good interpersonal and communications skills is a must.
Responsibilities
Test and characterization of ICs using lab equipment. Generate test and characterization plan and report. Generate design specification and data sheet and application notes. Assist with new product definition by studying customers' systems and recommending product solution. Interface with other team members in ensuring timely progress of projects.
Senior System Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in System Engineering with minimum of 7 years experience in network design and architecture. Experience in physical and MAC layer devices. Strong understanding of high speed networking protocols (both Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Storage. Good interpersonal and communication skills is desirable.
Responsibilities
Interface with system customers, attend IEEE and other related standard meetings. Investigate network system needs and generate alternate solutions and determine tradeoffs. Define ad architect new products. Generate high level specification and architecture for new products in LAN, WAN, and Storage markets. Run top level simulations to optimize architecture. Generate documentation for implementation engineers.
Senior Strategic Marketing Engineer
Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE and MBA and minimum of 5 years experience in strategic marketing. Strategic marketing experience in high speed serial link, and PLLs and I/Os highly desirable. Strong in product definition and customer interface. Good interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
Responsibilities
Interface with customers to identify potential new products. Study and summarize market surveys, do competitive analysis and generate business case. Develop strategic marketing and business plans and make presentation to stakeholders. Product positioning and launch.
Senior Sales Engineer
Requirements
B.S. in EE or B.A. with enough technical experience to "Talk" and understand the technology, MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience in sales of IPs. Sales experience in high speed SerDes, transceivers and high speed PLL and I/Os IPs highly desirable. Strong customer base. Good interpersonal and communications skills is a must. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in IP sales and knowledge of technology. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally over the phone, in person, or by emails. Must be able to find potential customers, make initial engagement (phone, E-Mail, or in person) and follow up till the closing of deals. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for some travel.
Responsibilities
Responsible for finding potential customers, making contact via various means, creating and delivering presentations to potential customers, including product demonstrations. Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, shows, etc. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. Convey customer requirements to Product Management team. Prepare quotes and close sale contracts. Travel throughout sales territory.
