  • Very low power consumption
  • Operating from single core supply voltage
  • Less than 1 ps RMS jitter
  • Multi-phase PLLs for DDR applications
  • No external components needed
  • Extremely long term jitter of less than 2.5 ps RMS
  • Available in wide range of process nodes

• LCC PLL with jitter - Wide range of operation 1-10 GHz
  • Wide range of applications – RF to optical
  • Available in wide range of process nodes
